Beautiful 12 persons holiday home in the Netherlands

This large farmhouse is located in the Drenthe village of Diever, also known as the diamond in the Drenthe lanes. Diever is the vibrant heart of the municipality of Westerveld and, of course, the Shakespeare village of the Netherlands. Diever truly offers everything a discerning holidaymaker could wish for. The numerous walking and cycling routes take you to heathlands, fishing spots, fens, sand drifts, recreational lakes, a beautiful dolmen, and restored lime kilns. You can cool off on Diever's many terraces. Although the farmhouse dates back to before 1900, it was renovated and adapted to modern standards in 2005 and 2013.

This large farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 people and offers plenty of comfort. The ground floor features a spacious living room with corner sofas and a SMART TV. The living room also boasts a brand-new Blu-ray player and a modern sound system with Bluetooth for wireless mobile phone connectivity. One of the five bedrooms also has a television with a digital TV connection and a Blu-ray player, perfect for watching a movie in bed. Guests can enjoy the DVD collection, including several children's DVDs. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a gas stove, combination microwave, mini oven, modern fridge-freezer, filter/Senseo/Dolce Gusto coffee makers, an integrated extractor hood, and a toaster. There's also a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Finally, the ground floor also boasts a bathroom with a spacious shower and sink. The first floor comprises four bedrooms, three of which have two single beds. The fourth bedroom has three single beds. An extra bed (for the 12th person) can be added to the largest bedroom upstairs. Two cots (available) can also be added to one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor, there's another bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms have a washbasin. Toys and free Wi-Fi are provided. Ample parking is also available at the property. Guests stay in the front house, which is adjacent to the farmhouse owners' house. Privacy is guaranteed, as everyone has their own access to the farmhouse.
