Cozy 43 persons group house in Diever

This attractively furnished group accommodation is beautifully situated on the edge of the national park "Het Drentsch-Friesche Woud". The use of a sauna and hot tub is optional. There is a spacious enclosed garden where children can enjoy climbing on the climbing frame or playing in the sandbox. Due to its location on the edge of the center of the tourist village of Diever, this accommodation is very suitable for groups who want to combine nature experiences with the conviviality of a village village.

The bedroom layout of the main building is as follows:

• Three double bedrooms (ground floor)
• Ten double bedrooms (first floor)
• One 4bedded room (first floor)

Next to the main building is a 10-person flat. The bedroom layout is as follows:

• Two 2person bedrooms (ground floor)
• Two double bedrooms (first floor)
• One 3person bedroom (first floor) Most rooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and are equipped with comfortable single beds with duvets. In the farmhouse, opposite the professional kitchen with filter coffee machine, there is a spacious dining room/meeting room (65 m²), equipped for 42 people, with the possibility of a buffet. For a cosy meeting you have a tastefully furnished living room of 115 m² with a fireplace and oak beams. Of course, there are sufficient comfortable seating areas for an exciting evening with a snack or drink by the TV or just among each other by the warmth radiating from the fireplace. Both the dining room and the sitting room give access to the fully enclosed terrace, where the plants guarantee complete privacy. The terrace is adjacent to a spacious garden of approx. 2000 m² with a playground.

For business seminars, it is possible to book an all-in arrangement for, say, 20 people; you will then stay in single rooms and have access to several meeting and relaxation areas. Naturally, this comes with full catering and audio-visual aids can be arranged. As this is a tailor-made event, we will be happy to discuss your wishes in order to achieve a result-oriented meeting in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. It goes without saying that you will be the only group our guest and that you will be among each other.
