Three-person vacation home in Den Helder

This three-person vacation home is located in Den Helder and within walking distance of the visitor center of North Holland Landscape Management "De Helderse Vallei". Here you will also find a petting zoo, playground, observation tower, barefoot path, climbing center, canoe rental and a pancake house. Through the dunes you walk to Fort Kijkduin and where you can visit the sea aquarium. Also nearby is "De Lange Jaap" lighthouse of Den Helder. Even the shopping center is within walking distance with some supermarkets and other stores. You can also cycle here through the bicycle network using junction routes. Nice long walks along dune paths, beach, dike, forest and even through the LAW, the long-distance hiking trail from North to South Netherlands. Enjoy swimming in the sea, surfing and supping. Or canoeing via the canoe route to explore Den Helder and its surroundings.

On the first floor are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has internet, air conditioning, central and floor heating and mosquito nets. The living room has a flat screen TV with Dutch and German channels. There are also board games available for your use. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave and 2-burner induction hob. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. 

On the mezzanine is the bedroom which can be reached by a steep staircase from the living room. There is a possibility to use the sauna/gym facility, which is accessible through a separate entrance door on the side of the vacation home. 

Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. However, you must share the garden with the owner. You can park your car in the residential area.
