The tastefully furnished living room features a comfortable seating area with a large corner sofa, two armchairs and a television. Adjacent is the cosy kitchen diner, where you have a view of the bridge with its continuous shipping traffic. The spacious dining table seats ten people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hob and dishwasher. The house has five bedrooms in total. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds, a television and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms also have a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom with bath, shower in bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a storage room for bikes. From the terrace you overlook the water, where boats regularly pass by. Parking is available along the canal opposite the house or in a general car park two minutes' walk away.
