These modern, luxury eight-person villas feature four bathrooms, a traditional sauna and an atmospheric wood-burning stove. These villas are located on Eifelpark Kronenburger See, which overlooks a beautiful piece of German nature: Nature Park Nordeeifel. At the foot of the park is Kronenburger See reservoir, where you can take beautiful walks. Depending on snowfall, this is also the ideal base for your winter sports holiday!

This attractive villa can accommodate eight people, has an area of about 162m2 and is very modern and luxuriously furnished. The accommodation can be reached by at least two to three steps to the front door. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with enough inventory for at least eight people, a cooker, fridge with an internal freezer compartment, a combination microwave, kettle, coffeepadmachine and a dishwasher. In the living room, you can watch your favourite television programme on a flat-screen TV with a number of Dutch channels and there is underfloor heating. Through the garden doors you walk straight onto your covered terrace. There are four bedrooms, all with two single box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub. You can enjoy your own traditional sauna and cosy wood-burning stove in this villa. Outside, the wood-burning stove can also be used as a barbecue. One parking space is at your disposal. A second car can be parked in the central car park.
