Modern 6-person chalet on a family park with outdoor pool in Cromvoirt
In this modern six-person chalet you can fully enjoy your vacation in North Brabant. The chalet is located on family park Residence de Leuvert. This is a cozy vacation park in the North Brabant village of Cromvoirt. In the area you can enjoy the Burgundian atmosphere. For example, eat a delicious Bossche bol on one of the cozy terraces or drink a delicious Brabant beer. In the beautiful surroundings you will also find various nature reserves where you can enjoy the different landscapes, nature and tranquility.
In the living area you will find the living room with flat-screen TV, the dining area and adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one with a bunk bed. In the bathroom you will find the shower, sink and toilet. Outside you have your own terrace with garden furniture. You have parking for one car at the chalet.

- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may vary.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.

During this period, work will be carried out at the park to prepare and install a new home. This work may cause inconvenience, such as restricted access to the park and noise during the day. The contractor will do everything possible to minimize any disruption. For any questions, please contact reception.

Cromvoirt, North-Brabant
Cromvoirt is located next to National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen, an area full of forest, heathland and especially lots of sand. It is one of the largest areas of drifting sand in Western Europe. You can go cycling, hiking or mountain biking. Besides the beautiful nature, check out the cosy cities of Den Bosch or Tilburg. Where you can go shopping, take a lovely walk through the centre or enjoy one of the many terraces. Would you like to immerse yourself in the area's sweeping history? Visit Oertijdmuseum Boxtel and, for more recent history, Nationaal Monument Kamp Vught. On the other hand, if you are looking for a day of fun and adventure, the Efteling in Kaatsheuvel is the place to be.

The cottage's furnishings were a bit dull and gray. We missed light fixtures by the sofa and by the beds in the rooms with bunk beds and two single beds. The closet doors and shower door were rickety. The paring knives and peeler were dull. The corkscrew was unusable. A wonderful shower, though.

We misten lichtpunten bij de bank en bij de bedden in de kamers met stapelbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden.
Kastdeuren en douchedeur gammel.
Schilmesjes en dunschiller bot.
Kurkentrekker niet te gebruiken.
Wel een heerlijke douche.

Upon arrival, we discovered that there were many Ukrainians in the park. We understand that these people need housing for good reasons, but they were smoking a lot of weed and were out late. It would have been better if these people had been placed in a separate section of the park. It wasn't pleasant as neighbors.
Bij aankomst kwamen we erachter dat er veel Oekraïners op het park waren. We begrijpen dat deze mensen huisvesting nodig hebben vanwege goede redenen echter werd er veel wiet gerookt en waren deze mensen tot laat buiten. Het had beter geweest als deze mensen op een apart gedeelte van het park werden gezet. Als buren was het niet leuk.

We're sorry to hear you've experienced any inconvenience from other guests. All guests must adhere to the park rules. We would have appreciated being informed of this during your stay so that other guests could be addressed. A conscious decision was made not to restrict specific guests to a separate area of the park.
Vervelend om te horen dat jullie overlast hebben ervaren van de andere gasten. Alle gasten dienen zich te houden aan de parkregels. Wij hadden dit graag tijdens het verblijf gehoord, zodat de andere gasten aangesproken konden worden. Er is bewust gekozen om geen specifieke gasten weg te stoppen op een apart stukje van het park.
