Beautiful 6 person vacation home with wellness at Residence de Leuvert with outdoor pool
This six-person vacation home features a sauna and hot tub in the garden and an outdoor shower. The house is located at Residence de Leuvert, this is a cozy vacation park in the North Brabant village of Cromvoirt. This nice family park in the North Brabant village of Cromvoirt guarantees a lot of vacation fun for young and old. For example, there is an entertainment program in the summer months and a heated outdoor pool. The vacation park is located in the beautiful surroundings of Cromvoirt where forests, heaths and shifting dunes alternate. In North Brabant it is truly Burgundian enjoyment, for example, eat a delicious Bossche bol on one of the cozy terraces or drink a delicious Brabant beer. In the beautiful area of Cromvoirt you will find several nature reserves where you can enjoy the different landscapes, tranquility and nature.
Layout
The living room with sitting and dining area is adjacent to the open kitchen. The open kitchen includes an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. In the bathroom you will find the shower, toilet and sink. Outside you have your own terrace where you can enjoy using the sauna, hot tub and outdoor shower. You also have parking for one car at the house.

Particularities
- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- Résidence de Leuvert is under construction, the park is trying to keep nuisance to a minimum.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may vary.
- Unfortunately, it is not allowed to book this holiday home with a cat.
- The beds are made for you on arrival!
- A deposit is required on site, the amount of which depends on the property type and ranges from EUR 150 to EUR 350. This amount can be paid in cash or by pin.
- From Monday 15 July, major works will take place at the large car park opposite the park. The work is expected to last about two weeks. As the work is major, the park does not dare to indicate how much space, if any, would be left for parking a second car. The park therefore requests that, as far as possible, people come to the park with one car per reservation.

Cromvoirt, North-Brabant
Cromvoirt is located next to National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen, an area full of forest, heathland and especially lots of sand. It is one of the largest areas of drifting sand in Western Europe. You can go cycling, hiking or mountain biking. Besides the beautiful nature, check out the cosy cities of Den Bosch or Tilburg. Where you can go shopping, take a lovely walk through the centre or enjoy one of the many terraces. Would you like to immerse yourself in the area's sweeping history? Visit Oertijdmuseum Boxtel and, for more recent history, Nationaal Monument Kamp Vught. On the other hand, if you are looking for a day of fun and adventure, the Efteling in Kaatsheuvel is the place to be.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Paar kleine aandachtspuntjes;
Jammer dat de jacuzi koud was bij aankomst.
Er was geen dweil om de grond droog te maken als je binnen kwam vanuit de jacuzi.
Tappunten
Vriendelijk personeel alles aanwezig in huisje lekkere bedden, mooi aangelegde park.
Kom zeker nog eens terug

Het huisje was vies met erg veel stof. Er kon nog wel even iemand komen om het schoon te maken, maar het moet gelijk in orde zijn dus zelf maar gedaan, wisten we zeker dat het schoon was. Elektrische openhaard was 10 euro per dag, terwijl wij dachten dat het bij de prijs inbegrepen zat.
