Luxury 8-person wellness villa in Colijnsplaat with sauna and hot tub.

This luxury wellness villa for eight people is located in Colijnsplaat, on the Oosterschelde on Noord-Beveland. The detached villa in Zeeland style offers ample comfort and, thanks to the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, barrier-free layout, and wide doorways, is also suitable for people with disabilities.

The villa features a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, underfloor heating, HD TV, and Blu-ray player. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, among other appliances. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with box-spring beds and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, Finnish sauna, and toilet. There is also a utility room with a washer-dryer combination and an additional toilet.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub/whirlpool, washbasin, and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with a television. Outside, you will find a spacious garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a lockable storage shed. Parking is available for two cars at the villa.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports, and beach activities. Discover Oosterschelde National Park or visit charming towns such as Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, and Middelburg.

Colijnsplaat, Zeeland
Colijnsplaat is located on the island of North Beveland, a perfect base from which to explore Zeeland. The province known for the cleanest beaches and the most hours of sunshine. In earlier years, there was a Celtic settlement near Colijnsplaat from which altar stones were later found. Nehalennia was a goddess whose role was to offer protection to travelers and sailors. A replica of her temple has been rebuilt in Colijnsplaat and is well worth a visit. History is also abundant here: for example, Zierikzee, Veere, Goes and Middelburg are very beautiful and interesting. Would you rather spend a day cycling or hiking and exploring the natural areas? Then the miles of trails and routes definitely offer a solution.
