Luxury villa for 8 people on 'De Kust' in Callantsoog

This very modern eight-person vacation home in Callantsoog is located not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The style of this luxury detached vacation home is luxurious and modern with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 homes and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children, together with their parents, can enjoy the playground equipment, the soccer field and table tennis. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning drive, horseback riding and kite surfing. 

The spacious living room is on the ground floor, and has a cosy seating area with sofa, table and chairs. There is free wifi, a radio and smart TV. There is also a dining table with chairs and sofa, where you can play one of the board games in the evening, for example. Adjacent is the kitchen, equipped among other things with a kettle, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, blender, egg cooker, hand mixer, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob and microwave. The fireplace works and firewood is available at the supermarket in Callantsoog. The first bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is one bedroom which has a television and on the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has a television. These are all furnished with two separate single beds, single comforters, closet and television. Upstairs is also a stair gate for children. Here is also the second bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, hairdryer and toilet.

Outside is a large enclosed garden with terrace, lounge set, parasol, deck chairs and garden furniture. Barbecuing is allowed at the holiday home, at a sufficient distance from the thatched roof. You can park two to three cars at the holiday home.
