Luxury 8 persons holiday home in Callantsoog

This very modern eight-person vacation home in Callantsoog is located not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The style of this luxury detached vacation home is luxurious and modern with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 homes and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children, together with their parents, can enjoy the playground equipment, the soccer field and table tennis. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning ride, horseback riding and kite surfing. 

On the first floor are the living and dining room, open kitchen, pantry and toilet in the hall. The kitchen includes a Nespresso, toaster, hand blender, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, juicer, combination microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, induction hob with four burners. The living room has a lovely sitting area with central heating, floor heating and television with Dutch and German channels. On the second floor are the three bedrooms. r is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with trundle bed. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Here is also the bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with double sink. There is a large garden with an outside terrace adjacent to the water. The garden is fenced at the front, right and left side. On the waterfront unfortunately not. It is not possible to moor a boat at the jetty. There is space to park one car at the house.
