16 person flat in Callantsoog
This flat consists of two adjoining flats for eight people, connected by a connecting door. It is located in the basement of an apartment complex. From the complex, you can be on the beach or in the centre of Callantsoog in no time. In Callantsoog, there are several restaurants and beach pavilions for a delicious meal or a cosy snack and drink. Various activities are organised in the area during the summer, such as a morning horse-riding trip or learning to kite surf. Of course, there are also many walking and cycling routes through the dunes to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee or Schoorl.
Layout
The two apartments of both 120 m2 have a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area. The kitchen includes an induction stove (4-burner), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker. There are a total of eight bedrooms with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, two with a shower and a sink and two with a shower, sink and toilet. In addition, there are two toilets in the hall. Outside there is an enclosed terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for four cars.

Location and surroundings
Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities. By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar. There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset. There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes. Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve. The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.
