Beautiful holiday home for 6 persons close to Sea in Callantsoog.
This six-person holiday home is situated on an excellent and quiet location within walking distance of the sea, the beach and the dunes in Callantsoog. The holiday home is fully equipped and you can really relax here. The area offers plenty of opportunities for a nice bike ride or a nice beach walk.
The living room has a sofa and connects to the dining room / kitchen. The TV uses a satellite receiver with lots of Dutch and foreign channels (Canal Digital family package). Radio / CD and DVD Players are also possible. We also have an Ethernet and Wifi internet connection that you can use for free with your own computer / laptop. The whole house is perfectly heated by means central heating (so nice in the colder period). The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. This includes a dishwasher, oven, 4 burner (gas) stove, Senseo and normal coffee maker, microwave, extractor fan and fridge / freezer. Of course there is plenty of cutlery and crockery for 6 people. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, a sink and a toilet. Also, we have connected speakers here so you can listen to your favorite music taking a bath.

Location and surroundings
Callantsoog, North-Holland
Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities. By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar. There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset. There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes. Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve. The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.

Beautiful spacious and quiet house near the beach, exactly as indicated in advance.

The landlords are super nice and very helpful. The house was very clean. We were also allowed to use the owners' bicycles.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Außerdem durften wir die Fahrräder der Hauseigentümer verwenden.

We found the cottage neat! With five people, it was a bit tricky that the shower and toilet are in one. We found the upstairs small. If you turned over at night, you'd be right up against the sloped side. It was nice that there were bikes in the shed. PS, by the way, there's a wasp nest under the roof by the patio doors; you can see them flying back and forth.
We vonden het huisje netjes! Met 5 personen wel lastig dat de douche en wc in 1 zitten.
De boven verdieping vonden we klein. Als je s'nachts omdraaide zat je tegen de schuine kant aan. Fijn dat er fietsen in het schuurtje stonden. PS er zit trouwens een wespennest onder het dak bij de tuindeuren, je ziet ze af en aan vliegen

Thanks for the review. We always do our best to keep the cottage tidy and clean. Removing the wasp nest was a bit of a hassle, but thankfully they're gone and haven't returned.
Bedankt voor de Beoordeling. We doen inderdaad altijd ons uiterste best om het huisje netjes te houden en goed schoon te maken. Het wespennest weg halen had wat voeten in aarde. maar gelukkig zijn ze weg en niet meer terug gekomen.
