Welcome to this detached cottage for 2 people which is situated on the first floor, standing on the grounds of the owners. The property is situated on a quiet rural road in a beautiful setting with beach and sea within cycling distance.

At the entrance of the house is the utility room with washing machine and kitchen. The wooden staircase leads from the living room, laminate flooring, with the most amazing views you can imagine. There are views over the large polder and in the distance you can see the Hondsbossche Dam. All kinds of meadow birds, raptors, hares etc. can be observed from the living room.In the living room there are two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a LED TV with foreign channels and a radio. There is also Wifi available. The kitchen has a dishwasher, filter coffee maker and a microwave. There is a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. The house has central heating. There is a spacious balcony from which one can look out, many miles in all directions. From the balcony is a large fire escape.
