These two beautiful and adjacent double studios with a covered terrace are located in a very rural location on the edge of the nostalgic Limburgian church village Buggenum. Buggenum is located about five kilometers north of Roermond. The studios have been realized in a former farm. The owner's house is also located in the farm. From your studios you can walk to the Maas within ten minutes, have a cup of coffee or tea in the Veerhuis and above all enjoy. This is also a fantastic base for fishing enthusiasts. The wetland area has many beautiful "fishing spots". From Buggenum it is worthwhile to go shopping in Roermond (Outlet) or Venlo (Maasboulevard), but a day trip to South Limburg with its Maastricht and Valkenburg is also easy to do from this location. Surprising area!

Both studios have a cosily furnished living and bedroom with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. Outside a lovely garden and a partly covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking is possible at the studios.
