Charming 4-person water villa with a terrace on the Loosdrechtse Plassen in Breukelen
In this charming water villa on the Loosdrechtse Plassen lakes, you'll experience true outdoor living, with the water literally on your doorstep. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, ideal for families. For our youngest guests, a high chair, children's table, and children's tableware are available upon request. The house also has air conditioning, making it a pleasant stay in any season.
Enjoy the view from the spacious waterfront terrace, while children can play safely thanks to the lockable gate. In spring and summer, a SUP board and a double kayak are available for extra water fun. After swimming, you can rinse off in the outdoor sun shower. Two bicycles are available for exploring the beautiful surroundings of the Vecht River. The charming center of Breukelen is a ten-minute bike ride away, and Breukelen station, with direct train connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht, is just fifteen minutes away.

- The house is located in a quiet park in a nature reserve. There are no parties, celebrations, or loud noise after 10:00 PM. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are also not permitted.

For nature lovers, the Loosdrechtse Plassen are a paradise: in winter for ice skaters, in summer for those who enjoy sailing, swimming, or cycling along the water. The surrounding area also boasts numerous country houses and idyllic spots, such as the Vinkeveense Plassen.
