Beautifully situated 8 person holiday home in the Ardennes near Durbuy
This beautiful eight-person holiday home is a cozy 18th-century farmhouse in the authentic village of Borlon in the municipality of Durbuy. From May to early September, you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool. Borlon is located in the southernmost and largest province of Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxembourg. Borlon is situated in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is ideal for a walking, riding or cycling trip. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Ground floor:
Cozy furnished living room with sitting area (without TV), wood stove and dining table. The adjoining kitchen has a fridge with freezer, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso and dishwasher. Separate toilet.
First floor:
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and shower and the other with a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and sink.
Second floor:
Third bedroom with a double bed and a games room with WiFi, TV, DVD and game console.
Around the house:
The cozy garden with fruit trees, outdoor swimming pool and large terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view over the adjacent meadows.

- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit.
- The outdoor pool is open from May to early September.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.
- Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.

Borlon is an authentic village near picturesque Durbuy. The natural environment full of beautiful forests makes it a wonderful place for endless cycling or hiking trips. The area is also great for kayaking, fishing or motorcycling. Be sure to visit the nearby towns of Rochefort and La Roche, where, in addition to fine shopping and enjoying the extensive catering offer, you can take part in many activities or visit one of the many sights. For example, go to La Roche-en-Ardenne castle, Pard Chlorophulle in Dochamps, Monde Sauvage Safari Park in Aywaille or visit Houtopia Indoor Play Paradise in Houffalize with your children.

The house was truly wonderful. It was very spacious. The garden was truly fantastic. Huge with a swimming pool, ping-pong table, soccer field, and several places to sit. You could always find a spot in the shade. Beautiful views of the surroundings. The house was a bit old (creaky floors, poorly closing doors), but it was nicely decorated.
Huis was echt heerlijk. Huis was heel groot. De tuin was echt fantastisch. Zeer groot met zwembad, tafeltennis tafel, voetbalveld en meerdere plekken om te zitten. Je kon altijd wel in de schaduw zitten. Mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Huis was wel oud (krakende vloeren, slecht sluitende deuren) wel leuk ingericht.

We had a wonderful and well-organized weekend. We were also lucky with three days of sunshine! The cottages were lovely and the hosts were great. It was perfect because you have no worries during your stay; everything has been taken care of, making it truly perfect. Regarding the Ardennes, hats off and thanks!
Wij hadden een gezellig en prima verzorgd week-end . We boften ook met 3 dagen zon ! Heerlijke huisjes was een goede gastheer/vrouw , prima zo want je bent tijdens je verblijf zonder zorgen , aan alles is gedacht en dat maakt het helemaal compleet . Vwb de Ardennen , chapeau et merci !
