The surrounding area is perfect for water sports, walks through polders and forests, and trips to Walibi Holland or charming Hanseatic towns.

Enjoy hiking or biking through the forests of the Veluwe or discover the flora and fauna of the Oostvaardersplassen? It is all possible from Biddinghuizen. The nearby Hanseatic cities of Harderwijk, Elburg and Kampen are also absolutely worth a visit. Walibi Holland amusement park is also nearby and absolutely guarantees a day full of adventure. A day of great shopping is possible in Almere and Zwolle, followed by a drink on one of the many cozy terraces. Are you a real bargain hunter? Then go to Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet.
