Cosy 5-person chalet on a holiday park in Berkhout
This attractive chalet is suitable for five persons and is located on holiday park Westerkogge in Berkhout. The holiday park is characterised by its many water features and is eminently suitable for a real family holiday. Young and old will enjoy themselves on one of the sports and playing fields. The excellent facilities and hospitality guarantee a carefree holiday. You are sure to have a great time in the typically Dutch surroundings, which alternate with windmills, bulb fields and picturesque villages such as Volendam.
The living room has a sitting and dining area with a television and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso. There is one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a garden with a furnished terrace. There is parking for one car at the chalet.

- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful long weekend, and the cottage and the beautiful weather made us want to come back again. This TOPPARK is fantastic. P/S: The deposit has already been refunded.👍
Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een mooi lang weekend gehad waarbij het huisje en óók het mooie weer er aan hebben bijgedragen om misschien nog eens terug te komen. Dit TOPPARK is top.

Overall, a nice place and friendly service. What was missing were insect screens on the windows; the bungalows heat up quickly during the day, and we couldn't air them out at night because of mosquitoes (especially by the water!). All the houses are privately owned and therefore have different standards, so check in advance whether insect screens are available.
Ingesamt schöner Ort und freundlicher Service. Was fehlte waren Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, die Bungalows erhitzen sich tagsüber schnell und wg Stechmücken (gerade am Wasser!) konnten wir nachts nicht lüften. Alle Häuser sind in Privatbesitz und haben daher verschiedene Standards, daher vorab klären ob Insektenschutz vorhanden.

It was a very nice vacation, even though the house was a bit small for 5 people. However, the park was beautifully landscaped, and the pool area and playground were lovingly decorated. My children had a great time. The entire vacation was absolutely reasonable in terms of price, and even renting the boats went smoothly.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub auch wenn das Haus für 5 Personen etwas klein war.
Dafür war der Park aber sehr schön angelegt und der Pool Bereich wirklich liebevoll Eingerichtet sowie der Spielplatz.
Meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass auf jeden Fall.
Preislich absolut in Ordnung der ganze Urlaub auch die Vermietung der Boote ging Problemlos
