Beautiful holiday home for 3 people in beautiful Bergen.
On the outskirts of the village of Bergen lies a former idyllic potter's house. The cottage is suitable for three people and is tastefully furnished. The house is located not far from the dunes, the forest, and the North Sea beach (5 km). Ideal for walkers and cyclists. The village is very charming with many shops, restaurants, and outdoor cafes. Bergen has a history dating back to the 16th century.
The living room has a seating area and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a filter coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (one mattress, 150x200) and one with a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The house features double glazing, making it soundproof and warmer. The fully enclosed courtyard is at your disposal for enjoying the sun. This courtyard features an old well. The car can be parked on the driveway next to the holiday home.

The peace, space and wide avenues with lots of greenery and nature make the artist village of Bergen a traditionally popular place for artists and holidaymakers. Many artists live in Bergen and you can admire their work in the galleries or in the artists' centre. The pretty village is more than 1,000 years old and built around the Ruïnekerk church, dating from the 15th century. The centre of Bergen has many terraces, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. From here, you can also walk or cycle through the beautiful dunes to the extensive beach. The nearby town of Alkmaar has its famous cheese market every Friday and Bergen also hosts craft and art markets in the summer.

Lovely cottage, dear hostesses, but please note, the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep and dangerous for older people (my mother) due to the short steps and open staircase.
Heerlijk huisje, lieve gast vrouwen, let wel , de trap naar de slaapkamers is voor oudere mensen( mijn moeder) best erg stijl en gevaarlijk door de korte treden en open trap .

Despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful time in the lovingly and individually decorated cottage. We lacked for nothing, thanks in no small part to our very warm and attentive hostesses.
Trotz schlechten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in dem liebevoll und individuell gestalteten Häuschen.

Lovely cottage, cozy, it is not big, but still big enough. There were two of us; three seems really a bit small to me. One person at a time at the kitchen counter. Very warm welcome. In short, we would love to come back.
Heerlijk huisje, gezellig, het is niet groot, maar toch groot genoeg. We waren met twee, drie lijkt me wel echt wat klein. 1 persoon tegelijk bij het aanrecht. Heel hartelijke ontvangst. Kortom, wij komen graag terug.
