It is located on the edge of the Lingezegen Landscape Park, just 1.5 km from the city centre. Explore the enchanting Betuwe region and enjoy its horticulture, fruit orchards and historic hiking trails. Behold nearby sights such as Fort Pannerden, Doornenburg Castle and War Museum No Man's Land. Explore beautiful dykes and forests by bike, or follow walking routes along monumental buildings, wooden shoes paths and rivers. For shopping and a cosy terrace, visit Arnhem (12 km) or Nijmegen (9 km).

The flat features a living room with a seating and dining area and a TV. A third person can sleep on the sleepsofa.
