Cozy living and dining room with a sitting area, smart-tv and then an open kitchen with stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, filter coffee maker and kettle. Two bedrooms have two single box-spring beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is a separate guest toilet. When you open the garden doors, you walk onto the nice terrace with garden furniture. There is parking space for one car.
