On this floor are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds (one on the mezzanine). The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower and toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find a relaxation area with a bar (including a refrigerator) and a pool table. There is also an additional bedroom with a double bed, adjacent to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, infrared cabin, and toilet. Outside, there is a spacious terrace for socializing, an outdoor spa with a relaxing view of the trees. There is also a carport for two cars and a small bicycle garage with electrical outlets for electric bikes.
