This beautifully group accommodation, with private swimming pool and sauna, was originally a water mill and can accommodate 17 adults and 5 children. This accommodation is located near the village of Baillonville, about eight kilometers from the town of Durbuy. This natural and peaceful environment guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Baillonville is ideal for hiking, horseback riding or cycling. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

The central point is the very spacious open kitchen with dining table and the adjacent heated indoor swimming pool (6 x 4) with sauna and rain showers. Both give access to the terrace and have a magnificent view of the natural garden along the stream l'Eau d'Heure. If you are looking for more authenticity, there is the miller's living room with fireplace (from September 2023), flat screen TV and a table made from the old inner wheel of the mill. There are also separate areas for billiards and table football. The seven double bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The two children's bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single bed and the other with three single beds and possibly two extra pull-out beds, share a bathroom with the parents. The spacious 5800m² garden is equipped with a ping-pong table and a petanque area and runs for almost 200 metres along the stream l'Eau d'Heure, which flows into the Ourthe a few kilometres further on.
