Cozy 4-person chalet with water terrace in Bad Nieuweschans
You'll be staying in this charming four-person chalet on the edge of Bad Nieuweschans, situated on a historic site along the De Kolk moat. The detached wooden chalet has its own entrance and features two terraces, one of which directly overlooks the water. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and double sink. You can park your car under the carport, and electric bicycles can be easily charged there.
From the house, you can walk or cycle straight into the expansive polders towards Germany or Nieuwe Statenzijl. From the dike, you can look out over the Dollard River to Delfzijl and Emden. Visit the nature hide De Kiekkaaste, the historic center of Bad Nieuweschans, or take a day trip to Ditzum, Leer, or Bourtange Fortress. A wonderful base for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers.

We were received in a fantastic way by the hostess and host. During the week, they provided us with all kinds of great tips and did their utmost to make us feel comfortable. The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there. It was very clean. In short, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and had a lot of fun.
Wij zijn op een fantastische manier ontvangen door de gastvrouw en gastheer. Tijdens de week hebben zij ons voorzien van allerlei leuke tips en deden zij enorm hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. De accomodatie was perfect. Alles was aanwezig. Het was er zeer schoon. Kortom wij hebben enorm genoten en veel plezier gehad.

Very nice, cozy cottage. Super friendly hostess. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet.

What a lovely place to stay this is, and what hospitable and friendly owners! You truly want for nothing in this cozy cottage; in every cupboard and drawer, there are little items you might just possibly need. Furthermore, there are two lovely spots to sit outside, and from the terrace, you have a fantastic view of the water.
Wat een leuk verblijf is dit en wat een gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaren! Het ontbreekt je in dit gezellige huisje werkelijk aan niets, in alle kastjes en laadjes liggen spulletjes die je heel misschien nodig zou kunnen hebben. Verder kun je op twee plekken heerlijk buiten zitten en heb je vanaf het terras een geweldig uitzicht op het water.
