The villa consists of 4 floors. Through the entrance, you enter the kitchen where all facilities are available, including a fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. One floor below is the spacious living room with gas fireplace and a terrace by the water. Enjoy a delightful afternoon by the water or a cozy get-together in the evening sun on the terrace, equipped with 2 loungers, a lounge set, and a dining set.

From the kitchen, the 3rd and 4th floors are accessible. On the 3rd floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. On the 4th floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms with double beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Additionally, there is a private boathouse with a jetty. A BBQ is available for your culinary pleasure, and two parking spaces are provided for your convenience. You can bring up to two pets.
