Comfortable 4 person holiday home on a holiday park in Arcen Limburg
This detached or semi-detached villa is suitable for four people and is located on Resort Arcen. The spacious, modern and child-friendly park is designed from A to Z to offer you a top vacation. With a lovely indoor swimming pool with children's pool, swimming lake and fishing lake, water fun is guaranteed. But there are more activities!!! How about the sandy beach, the petting zoo, the restaurant with panoramic terrace, a great recreation team and the miniature golf course? From recently renovated and completely new villas and chalets you will definitely have a fantastic time here.
Layout
This 4 person comfortable vacation villa features a cozy living room with TV and DVD player. There is a kitchen including a refrigerator including freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. The villa has two bedrooms with a total of four single box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra television. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sink, also the house has access to a storage room. Outside the house you can enjoy a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Some villas have a bathtub. All villas have free Wi-Fi. The villas have parking space for one car.

- Upon arrival, the park will charge a EUR 200 deposit for houses up to six people and EUR 300 deposit for houses of seven people or more. This deposit is paid through an authorization form.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. Het huisje wat wij kregen was uitgewoond en ontzettend vies.
Na dit bij de receptie te hebben aangegeven, wilden zij het huisje schoon laten maken of wij konden alleen nog maar een duurder huisje krijgen. Annuleren was geen optie zeiden ze, dan kregen wij ons geld niet terug. Het was dus kiezen uit een uitgewoond huisje of bij betalen. Schandalig!

Ondanks dat wij het park bij aankomst nogal groot vonden. Hebben wij daar geen hinder van ondervonden.

Het huisje was oke maar in de keuken de nodige aanmerkingen o.a de de oven vies of oud de afzuigkap daar durfde we niet aan te komen kapot los
