The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area with a television with streaming features. The dining area has a sofa table and three chairs. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and kettle. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for personal belongings. The neat bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside there is a private garden with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene view of the lake. Parking near the holiday home.

Particularities
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.
