The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The vacation home features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and ample closet space. The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture. This Tiny House shares a courtyard with a barbecue facility. You can park your car at the central car park.

Particularities
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.
