This spacious four-person vacation home offers a quiet location with lots of privacy and a large garden, where you can enjoy the sun all day. Located on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold, you walk across a grassy field straight into the woods, ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Moreover, the accommodation is very close to Overijssel and Friesland, offering additional opportunities for exploration. The Fochteloërveen, a vast raised bog area, is home to unusual bird species. The village of Appelscha has cozy restaurants and a golf course. The nearby villages of Diever and Vledder offer historic brink villages to explore, while Assen and Groningen offer museums, stores and cultural hotspots.

The living room is furnished with a sitting area, television and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, fridge freezer and kettle. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. In one bedroom there is a work area with beautiful views of the meadows. The bathroom has a rain shower, bathtub and a sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and a canopy. Near the house there is parking.
