This comfortable holiday home is detached in 'Bungalowpark de Schans' in the village of Oostmahorn in Friesland. The holiday home is suitable for six people and is fully equipped. Located near the Lauwersmeer, this property is the ideal base for practicing various water sports such as swimming, fishing, boating or surfing. At a short distance you will find a marina, bringing your own boat or coming with your own boat is no problem! For a day of shopping, the fortified town of Dokkum is definitely recommended. Do you prefer walking or cycling? Then pay a visit to Schiermonnikoog, this beautiful island is definitely worth a visit.
This detached, six-person holiday home is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with television, radio and DVD player. The simple but fully equipped kitchen has an oven, grill and a combi microwave. There is a bedroom with television and near a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a washbasin and built-in wardrobes. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and there is a bedroom with two single beds. A high chair, playpen and bed are available. The entire holiday home is heated by central heating. There is a south-facing terrace outside the holiday home with a barbecue.This holiday home has its own parking space and there is a large indoor playground within walking distance.

We did not find the price-quality ratio to be good. The parking space for one car was too small to park our car; this became even more critical when the neighbors next to us parked their car. We could not ventilate the house properly, as the sliding doors at the back could not be opened. It was very hot at 34 degrees. The cottage is too small for 6 guests.
De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding hebben wij als niet goed ervaren. De parkeerplek voor 1 auto was te klein om onze auto te parkeren, dit werd nog nijpender toen de buren naast ons hun auto hadden geparkeerd.
We konden het huis niet goed luchten, de schuifdeuren achter konden niet open. Het was erg warm met 34 graden. Huisje is te klein voor 6 gasten.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. The house is furnished for 6 people and features 6 beds, distributed across multiple bedrooms. Additionally, the large glass facade at the rear can be fully opened for ventilation. At 34 degrees, it was exceptionally warm during your stay, which naturally may have affected your comfort. For parking, in addition to your own spot at the house, there is also a parking area with five spaces.
Bedankt voor uw review. Jammer dat uw verblijf niet helemaal aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. De woning is ingericht voor 6 personen en beschikt over 6 bedden, verdeeld over meerdere slaapkamers. Daarnaast kan de grote pui aan de achterzijde volledig worden geopend voor ventilatie. Met 34 graden was het tijdens uw verblijf uitzonderlijk warm, wat uiteraard van invloed kan zijn geweest op het comfort. Voor parkeren is er naast de eigen plek bij de woning ook een parkeermogelijkheid met vijf plaatsen

Nice little house, but I bumped my head a lot because the eaves are too low for tall people. But the location is great. There is a small beach on the Lauwersmeer within walking distance, and you can rent bikes at Fietsverhuur Holwerd; the people there are also very nice.
Leuk huisje veel mijn hoofd gestoten omdat het dakrand voor lange mensen te laag is.
Maar locatie is geweldig.
Op loop afstand een strandje aan het Lauwersmeer en fietsen kun je huren bij fiets verhuur Holwerd ook hele fijne mensen.

Lovely cottage. Beautiful surroundings. Good service. 2 points for attention. Working shutters would have been nice with the heat. Some pruning work near the front door and walkway.
Mooi huisje. Prachtige omgeving. Goede service. 2 aandachtspuntjes. Werkende rolluiken zou fijn geweest zijn met de warmte. Enig snoeiwerk bij de voordeur en loop pad.
