This beautiful and rural 18 person group accommodation is located near the German border near Aalten. This characteristic Achterhoek farmhouse has been completely restored, while all kinds of authentic elements have been preserved. In the immediate vicinity of the group accommodation are cozy, characteristic villages such as the book town of Bredevoort and the border town of Dinxperlo. The shopping areas Winterswijk and just across the border Bocholt are also close by. Whether you are a lover of peace, walking, cycling, culture, fishing or mountain biking, this area offers you plenty of opportunity. This accommodation is a great base for various sights and activities in the area. You don't have to get bored!
Layout
Spacious living room with various seating areas with an HD smart television with USB connections. There is also a cozy fireplace with fireplace. The open kitchen has a spacious dining area and is equipped with a combination microwave, oven, filter coffee machine (number 4 filters), kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large fridge and a separate fridge with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds and a washbasin with hot and cold water. Upstairs are six cosy bedrooms with trusses and chequered curtains, one bedroom with four single beds and five bedrooms with two single beds, all of which can be closed off with sliding doors. These bedrooms also all have a washbasin with hot and cold water.
Downstairs there is a bathroom with a large shower corner with shower chair, toilet with grab rails, sink and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with two sinks, corner shower, bubble bath and toilet and the other with a shower corner and sink. A third toilet.
A lovely spacious garden with a terrace and a canopy with garden furniture. there is also a beautiful playground where children can play to their heart's content.
