This beautiful, rural group accommodation for 23 people is located near the German border near Aalten. This characteristic Achterhoek farmhouse has been fully restored, preserving many authentic features. In the immediate vicinity of the group accommodation are charming, characteristic villages such as the book town of Bredevoort and the border town of Dinxperlo. The shopping towns of Winterswijk and, just across the border, Bocholt are also nearby. Whether you enjoy peace and quiet, walking, cycling, culture, fishing, or mountain biking, this area offers plenty of opportunities. This accommodation is an excellent base for exploring various sights and activities in the area. You won't be bored!

Spacious living room with several seating areas featuring an HD smart TV with USB ports. There's also a cozy fireplace with a mantelpiece. The open-plan kitchen has a generous dining area and is equipped with a combination microwave, oven, filter coffee maker (number 4 filters), kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a separate refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A complete kitchen inventory is included.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with three single beds and a sink with hot and cold water. Upstairs, there are nine bedrooms, two with three single beds and seven with two single beds. These bedrooms also all have a sink with hot and cold water.

Downstairs, there's a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there's another bathroom with two showers, a bathtub, toilet, and sink. A third and fourth toilet are in the hallway, and a fifth toilet is on the landing.
