Recreatiepark De Tolplas in Hoge Hexel
Recreatiepark De Tolplas is located on the border of National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug. From this park you will discover the beautiful green Twente. In the middle of the park you will find a large recreational lake where you can enjoy swimming, surfing or fishing. The park offers many facilities for young and old for the perfect vacation! You will feel as if you are completely abroad.
Particularities
- From mid-July to mid-August, an animation team is present at the park.
- The facilities at Recreatiepark De Tolplas have limited opening hours.
- These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to ask for a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- The interior/exterior of these vacation homes may differ.
- Pets are not allowed in the recreational lake.
- The restaurant will be closed from Jan. 8, 2024 to Jan. 28, 2024.
Facilities
General
From the moment you drive into Recreatiepark De Tolplas, it is ultimate enjoyment. You park your car and meet the reception staff. The staff will be happy to assist you during your vacation and tell you all the fun tips and trips in the area. Would you like to discover nature by bike? Or do the kids want to race around for hours on a go-kart? You can also rent these at the reception. Keep in touch with the home front during your stay? Ask for the free WiFi code. For a fee you can use the launderette.
Catering
Come enjoy a snack, drink or delicious dinner in the cozy bar and bistro located at the vacation park. Old-fashioned Twente hospitality and a beautiful view over the centrally located 'Tolplas'. In fine weather, take a seat on the lovely terrace while your children play in the playground. A nice and easy evening? Then take a look at the takeaway snack bar. Delicious Burgundian snacks.
Sports and games
Sports enthusiasts and children can't believe their luck at Recreatiepark De Tolplas. Take a look at the All-weather tennis court and challenge your opposite neighbor. Are you skillful at ball throwing? The jeu des boules court offers a solution. Soccer fanatics can also indulge themselves with a kick field and sports field. Round table? Who will finish first and who will win during the famous game of round table tennis.
The playground is the place where your children will quickly make friends. With a cableway, climbing house, sandbox, slide and air trampoline, they will not get bored easily. In the summer months, fun activities are organized daily by the entertainment team.
Active on the water? Canoe away on De Tolplas. And when there is a breath of wind you can quickly get into your sailing boat to go for a nice round of the lake. A real fishing fanatic? Don't forget to pack your fishing rod!
