This holiday home is suitable for eight persons, spaciously furnished and fully equipped. The house is situated on a small-scale recreation park, in a beautiful location in the outskirts of Winterswijk. The holiday home is situated at the edge of the nature reserve Korenburgerveen. This reserve is an unique high moor area with blue grassland, swamp forest and fens. The recreational park is located just outside the centre of Winterswijk, in the Achterhoek region. The Achterhoek region is characterised by its unique peat bogs, its hedgerow landscape and its many walking and cycling routes.

This detached holiday home offers room for eight people. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a spacious, comfortable seating area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The sitting area has two sofas, a couple of armchairs and a television. The large windows let in a lot of light and through the sliding doors you can reach the terrace and the large garden. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combi-microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. On the ground floor you will also find the entrance hall, the scullery with washing machine and wardrobe and a toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all equipped with a linen cupboard. The bedding is as follows: there are two bedrooms with two box spring beds and one bedroom with two single beds with two trundle beds. The trundle beds can be added in every bedroom. Here you will also find the bathroom, which has a washbasin, shower and toilet. Outside there is a lockable shed at your disposal for your bicycles, there is also a covered veranda with a picnic table. The garden houses the hot tub and is fully fenced and there is parking for two cars at the house.
