Welcome to this beautifully situated four-person holiday home and in the yard of the hospitable family who renovate their farm with respect for the past.
When you book this lovely house, you will stay in a rural wooded area adjacent to various walking and cycling routes and the fish-rich “Nieuwe Wetering”. In the vicinity is Kasteel het Nijenhuis, outdoor swimming pool “de Tippe”. The holiday home is centrally located between the villages of Heino, Wijhe and Raalte. Shopping in the Hanseatic cities of Deventer or Zwolle, or a trip to the Sallandse Heuvelrug with its Holterberg is easy to do from this holiday home.

Entrance, upon entering you enter the living room with a cosy dining area and a comfortable sitting area, complete with a TV and a cosy pellet stove. There is also the option of air conditioning for extra comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric four-burner hob, fridge freezer, kettle and a Senseo Switch (for pads or filter coffee).This holiday home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a divisible double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended into a double bed. The second bedroom also has a large swing window with a ventilation grille and blackout curtains. The bathroom is simple but spacious and is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.Outside the holiday home you will find an outdoor area of about 160 m² with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and private parking is also available. You also have the option of booking an air conditioning unit for extra comfort.
