Welcome to Domain Hellebeuk! At this small vacationparc are houses suitable for 12-, 18-, and 24 persons. The location in the hillylandscape of South Limburg is unique. Against a sunny hill from one of the hilly around the Geuldal can all peace and quiet be found. As a guest, you can make use of the pool and all-weather tenniscourt at the parc for free.
This semi-detached house is suitable for 12 persons and offers lots of modern facilities. The house has a livingroom with televison and a diningtable. The kitchen is equipped amongst other things a oven, filter coffeemachine, microwave and dishwasher. At the first floor are five bedrooms. Four with a double bed and one with two bunkbeds. The house has two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. Around the house is a garden with a surface of 400m2 and a terrace with furniture. The garden has a fence of coniferous trees which gives the house lots of privacy. At the front of the house are three parkingspots available.

The centre of the lavish tourist town of Valkenburg offers many opportunities for going out, relaxing and a variety of pursuits. For example, visit the Velvet Cave or one of the many caves and castles nearby. As the days get shorter, Valkenburg turns into an atmospheric Christmas town full of decorated stands with Christmas and gift items. The area is also known for its many hills where wonderful cycling and walking tours can be made. The cosy cities of Maastricht, Liege and Aachen are all just a stone's throw away. Besides great shopping, you can also visit many museums or enjoy a wide range of nice cafés, terraces and restaurants.

The owner communicates very formally via email, which in our opinion comes across as rigid and unwelcoming. The beds were poor: too short, too narrow, and with too soft a mattress. Every time your bed partner turned, you automatically moved along with them. The explanation at the beginning could have been shorter. The cash deposit is outdated. We only received it back after two days. I had to ask for it first.

Owner's response:
I was on-site for the arrival of the guests at Vruggink on October 20th. I then gave them a tour and explained the house and the park's facilities, as is customary with any new guest. The review stated that they found the explanation too extensive, which other guests greatly appreciated. In my opinion, communication with guests is always respectful and decent, both verbally and non-verbally. Regarding their comment "cash deposits are outdated," I can confirm that this comment is incorrect, as the deposit and additional costs were paid to me by bank transfer on October 3rd. The guests left accommodation L010 on Friday, October 24th, and the deposit was refunded to their bank account on Sunday, October 26th. The two-day interim period doesn't seem excessive to me.
Ik was op 20 oktober jl. ter plaatse bij de aankomst van de gasten Vruggink.
Vervolgens heb ik hen rondgeleid; tekst en uitleg gegeven over het huis en de faciliteiten in het park, zoals bij iedere nieuwe gast gebruikelijk is.
In de beoordeling valt te lezen, dat men de uitleg te uitgebreid vond, hetgeen door andere gasten juist zeer op prijs wordt gesteld.
De communicatie met de gasten verloopt wat mij betreft altijd op een respectvolle- én fatsoenlijke wijze, zowel verbaal als non-verbaal.
V.w.b. hun opmerking "contante borg is niet van deze tijd" kan ik u mededelen, dat deze opmerking onjuist is aangezien de borg én bijkomende kosten door hen op 03 oktober jl. per bank aan mij zijn voldaan.
De gasten hebben op vrijdag 24 oktober jl. de accommodatie L010 verlaten en op zondag !!! 26 oktober jl. is de borg per bank naar hun bankrekeningnummer terug gestort.
De tussentijdse termijn van twee dagen lijkt me niet overdreven lang

Beautiful surroundings and ideal to have the pool so close by. We did miss the air conditioning with temperatures above thirty degrees. All in all, we look back on it fondly, and we had a wonderful host.
Prachtige omgeving en ideaal om op zo'n korte afstand het zwembad te hebben. Airco hebben we wel gemist met temperaturen boven de dertig graden. Al met al kijken we er fijn op terug en een prettige gastheer
