This luxurious four-person holiday home is located on Kustpark Texel in the seaside resort of De Koog on the Wadden Island of Texel. There are only a few dunes between the beautiful North Sea beach and this holiday park. Take a lovely long beach walk through the dunes and escape the daily grind of home. You imagine yourself in a true paradise on this beautiful Wadden island with untouched nature. Kustpark Texel offers facilities such as a subtropical swimming pool, the sauna and a Turkish steam bath. You are guaranteed to come home relaxed after a stay at Kustpark Texel!
Layout
A spacious, brightly decorated living room with a cozy sitting area and smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, kettle and coffee pod machine. On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. Both upstairs and downstairs there is a bathroom with shower. The garden is spacious, has a furnished terrace and two sun loungers. There is parking for one car at the holiday home.

This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- The facilities in this park are open to a limited extent during the midweeks in low season.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- The facilities of this park are open to a limited extent during the midweeks in low season.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday 11 November 2024 to Monday 18 November 2024.
- Currently, the restaurant and snack bar at the park are closed. It is also not possible to order takeaway. It is not known when these facilities will reopen.

Location and surroundings
Die Watteninsel Texel ist eine Insel reich an Natur. Die Insel hat einen eigenen Nationalpark, den Nationalpark Dünen von Texel. Mieten Sie sich ein Fahrrad oder einen Motorroller und erkunden Sie das Wattenmeer auf eigene Faust oder machen Sie einen langen Spaziergang auf einem der vielen Wanderwege, die durch die Dünen und vorbei an grünen, wunderschönen Heidelandschaften führen. Besuchen Sie Ecomare, ein Robben- und Vogelschutzgebiet, das auch ein Meeresaquarium mit Museum beherbergt, in dem Sie alles über die Nordsee erfahren können. Auch der Leuchtturm von Texel ist einen Besuch wert, aber Sie können auch Golf spielen, Paragliding betreiben oder ein Bier in der Texelse Bierbrouwerij genießen.
