This detached family villa, sleeping 12, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. The spacious living area with a comfortable seating area and large dining table forms the heart of the home, where you can gather for long dinners and cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and combination microwave, offers all the conveniences for cooking for a large group.
With 5 or 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Additional comfort awaits you in the private sauna, which ranges from a traditional sauna to an infrared sauna. Outside, you'll find a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture, a wonderful place to spend time together. In the surrounding area, you'll discover nature, hiking trails, and charming towns for a varied stay.

Susteren, Limburg
Susteren is located on the narrowest part of the Netherlands which means that within ten minutes you are in both Belgium and Germany. So nice trips to historic Aachen in Germany or the Belgian Maasmechelen, where you can enjoy shopping in the outlet store of Belgium, are just around the corner. But also in South Limburg there is much to experience: visit Valkenburg with its caves, terms and cozy hospitality or Maastricht with the beautiful Vrijthof. In Susteren itself, of course, you can also enjoy several cozy restaurants or cafes. Looking for a fun outing? Then clamber around in Klimpark Warredal, let yourself be surprised in Toverland or relax in the sauna of Zwembad Aquadroom.
