Partly due to its central location, it is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful South Limburg hilly landscape or one of the beautiful sights that Limburg has to offer. A day at Valkenburg with its caves or a day at historic Maastricht with its many terraces and beautiful shopping streets should not be missed.

On the first floor are the living room with large TV, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, kettle, combi microwave, hob, pans and crockery. On the second floor there is a bathroom with sink, hairdryer, shower and a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed, TV and air conditioning!

Historic Sittard is located in the Western Mining Region, an interesting region centered on the Maurits State Mine in the first half of the twentieth century.
