About holiday home DS018
This luxurious and beautiful 10-person holiday home is in the beautiful Sauerland village of Silbach, seven kilometers from Winterberg. Silbach is a nice place with a number of nice shops and restaurants. From here it is wonderful to walk or cycle. Hiking trails start just outside the door of the holiday home. The distance to the ski resort of Winterberg is approximately seven kilometers. The center of Winterberg has numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. This super nice holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in the summer but also in the winter, or to ski a wonderful weekend or week. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve and is ideal for mountain biking or hiking.
Layout
The holiday home is approximately 120 m² and is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults. It is tastefully and modernly furnished. Large living-dining room, kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances such as: microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette, etc. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms have an LED TV. there is also a bathroom upstairs with a shower, toilet and a bathtub.
The bedrooms are all large enough to place an extra single bed.
Two large terraces provide pure relaxation and lots of barbecue pleasure.

The Sauerland is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany. The charming location in the lowlands with its lakes (Biggesee, Diemelsee, Möhnesee and Hennesee), beautiful villages and towns, as well as the varied landscape, exert a great attraction on holidaymakers and those seeking tranquility. Winterberg is the famous center of Sauerland with the highest mountains and many leisure options. Tennis, golf, mountain biking, swimming paradise, endless hiking possibilities (Rothaarsteig, Winterberger Hochtour, Bergwanderpark Sauerland) are available. Trips: Fort Fun amusement park, Panorama-Erlebnisbrücke, Bobsleigh tracks, etcetera. In winter, Winterberg is the eldorado for all winter sports enthusiasts with the large ski area and snow certainty through the use of snow cannons.
They can't get enough of fun events in Sauerland either. Every year in June and July, for example, the famous schutter festivals take place, a typical German party with lots of food, fire, traditional clothing and a cool beer. But they also do not shy away from throwing a game of old-fashioned snowballs in Sauerland. The annual throwing snowball championships take place here. In the month of August you will find the wood chopping championship. The best candidates will participate in the European Championship.
Visitor in the winter? Of course you take a look at the slopes of the winter sports arena. No fewer than 23 lifts and 30 runs, this area is rich and a perfect location for the beginner and the professional. In addition to Winterberg you can get acquainted with the surrounding areas Alt Astenberg and Neu Astenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 km of pits.
Visitor in the summer? Storm the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from different routes with different levels. Or how about a go-kart? Where in winter the skier allows himself to be brought up, in the summer you can use this same lift but then with your three-wheeled go-kart. Then you make a beautiful descent along the trail.
Brakes loose! Race down the 700m long toboggan run. A nice experience for young and old. The toboggan run is located at the 400m long panorama bridge that offers a beautiful view over the surroundings of Winterberg.

Het huis was keurig schoon met ruime slaapkamers en slaapplek voor 8 volwassenen en 2 kinder bedden. Wat beter zou kunnen: Er waren maar beperkt aantal glazen. Opschep lepels o.i.d. mistte We waren er in de zomer en met heel mooi weer. Dus veel buiten geweest. Alleen qua tuin meubilair was het beperkt tot max 6 personen met een kleine tafel.

Mooi vakantiehuis! Lijkt ons wel aan de kleine kant als je er met 10 personen zit (wij zaten er met 7) Schitterende omgeving waar veel te doen is. Erg fijn dat er toch een wasmachine bleek te zijn.
Jammer dat er buiten nog afval lag van zak sigarettepeuken, potje met peuken, stuk laminaat e.d.

Wij hebben een plezierige vakantie gehad, in een mooie omgeving. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, kortom prima.

Huis was van binnen helemaal geweldig. Buiten boel was minder. Het terras en de tuin waren slecht onderhouden, de stoelen waren oud en zaten niet lekker. Dat is het enige minpuntje. Ook buiten kan je iets heel moois van het huis maken, dat is zeker met mooi weer erg prettig.

Jammer dat er buiten zoveel troep lag zoals afzuigkap en pot vol met sigarettenpeuken. Verder prima naar onze zin gehad.

Een fantastisch mooi ruim huis. Alles was aanwezig. Misschien een klein minpuntje wat betreft het keukenlinnen, dat was te weinig. Door het lezen van andere beoordelingen hadden we extra keukenlinnen meegenomen. De omgeving is prachtig. Je bent zo in Winterberg, waar de kleinkinderen nog skilessen hebben gehad. Dit huis is echt een aanrader.

Echt een fantastisch vakantiehuis. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst! Vanuit het vakantiehuis een prachtig uitzicht op het lager gelegen dorp. Onze kinderen gingen urenlang met de slee (aanwezig) van de helling achter het huis naar beneden. Vanuit het vakantiehuis hebben wij geskied in Winterberg. Heel goed te doen. Slechts 5 kilometer tot de Poppenberg.

We hebben een super heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit fijne huis en deze prachtige omgeving. Alleen staat er op de beschrijving dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is, maar deze was er niet. Ook het keukenlinnen bestond alleen uit een paar vaatdoekjes en 1 theedoek. (Gelukkig hadden we zelf ook wat bij). Verder was het zo als het beschreven stond. TOP!!!!

Fijn en ruim huis. Mooie omgeving waar veel te doen was. Groot nadeel was dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig was!
