This spacious holiday park is located on the south side of a slope, which gives you a beautiful view over the Limburg hills. You will not be bored at the holiday park. There is, among other things, a bowling center, scooter rental, indoor children's play paradise, all-weather tennis court and sports fields. You can enjoy walking in the immediate vicinity or take a trip to the atmospheric city of Maastricht.
Layout
Cozy and modern furnished living room with smart TV and decorative fireplace. The kitchen includes a combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, four-burner stove and two types of coffee makers (one for filter coffee and one for coffee pads). The two bedrooms both have two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bubble bath and infrared sauna. There is a separate toilet. In the garden you have a covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking in the central car park.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- During the winter period, the park works on improvements to the holiday park and accommodation. They make every effort to minimise inconvenience.

Location and surroundings
The Limburg village of Walem is tucked away between Valkenburg and Klimmen. The rolling landscape looks breathtaking. It almost goes without saying that you can take beautiful walks here. Not afraid of a climb? Then get on your bike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings hill by hill. Several routes have been mapped out, but of course you can also choose your own route. A day out? Nearby are places that are well worth a visit. Heerlen, for example, where the Thermen Museum is fun to visit. For indoor fun, visit Kinderstad Heerlen. Ideal when the weather is worse.
