Attractive 4-person holiday home on holiday park Résidence Valkenburg
At Résidence Valkenburg you will find this comfortable holiday home suitable for four persons. You will not be bored for a single moment at this holiday park. For example, there is an outdoor swimming pool where you can cool down after an eventful day. The beautiful surroundings of South Limburg guarantee a real holiday feeling and Burgundy enjoyment. Make nice day trips to nearby Valkenburg, Maastricht or the border triangle in Vaals. The Geul Valley nature reserve is also just a stone's throw away, where you can make excellent cycling or walking trips and enjoy all the beauty that this beautiful part of the Netherlands has to offer.
This holiday home sleeps four people. The living room is furnished with a sofa, television and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, combination microwave, four-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer and a coffee cup machine. There are two bedrooms in this holiday home, both equipped with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, in one of which you will find a shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and sink. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and there is parking space for one car.

- If you have booked a cottage with hot tub, the hot tub takes about 1.5 hours to heat up. The hot tubs are electric.
- A deposit of up to EUR 100 per person may be required on site for group arrangements such as groups of friends. For large events and festivals, a deposit of EUR 500 per accommodation is applied. When combining an event and a booking of more than five people, the deposit amount applies per person.
- The interior / exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
- Only dogs are allowed in the pet-friendly holiday homes.
- Résidence Valkenburg is a holiday park under development, which is why construction work is taking place. The park is doing its best to limit the inconvenience as much as possible.

Absolutely fantastic. Neat and tidy bungalow. Nice and clean. The only thing that could be improved is the mirrors in the bathroom. In the small bathroom, they're hung so high that you have to stand on your toes to see yourself if you're shorter than 1.70 meters. In the larger bathroom, it's barely possible. And we missed a full-length mirror.
Helemaal goed. Keurig nette bungalow. Mooi schoon. Het enige wat aangepakt zou kunnen worden zijn de spiegels in de badkamer, die hangt in de kleine badkamer zo hoog dat je op je tenen moet staan om jezelf te kunnen zien als je korter bent dan 1.70 meter. In de grote badkamer kan het maar net. En we mistten een lange passpiegel.

A beautiful and luxurious cottage. It was a shame it smelled of smoke. It had all the amenities. The beds were mediocre. The pool was closed upon arrival. The water quality was poor. It reopened later, but the water still wasn't up to par. Fantastic surroundings. Close to Valkenburg, Maastricht, and endless cycling routes.
Heel mooi en luxe huisje. Wel jammer dat het naar rook stonk in het huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden waren matig. Zwembad was bij aankomst gesloten. De waterkwaliteit was niet in orde. Later weer open, echter was het water nog niet oké. Fantastische omgeving. Dichtbij Valkenburg, Maastricht en eindeloze fietsroutes.

We had a lovely cottage, but the cleaning could be better. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the floor wasn't really clean either. We also had a spacious living room/kitchen, but the dishwasher wasn't working properly. We reported this to reception, as well as the bathroom sink that wasn't draining properly. The surrounding area was very beautiful, though. The restaurant was cozy.
We hadden een mooi huisje alleen het schoonmaken kan beter. Overal spinnenwebben en de vloer was ook niet echt schoon. Verder een ruime woonkamer/ keuken waarvan de vaatwasser niet goed werkte. Ook al aangegeven aan de receptie net als de wasbak in de badkamer die niet goed leeg liep.
De omgeving was wel heel erg mooi. Restaurant was gezellig
