This moderna villa, is located in Ouddorp, near Zeeland, and can accommodate up to 16 people. Located on a vast estate of 1 hectare with a phenomenal view over an extensive nature and only 1000 meters from the beach, this is the perfect accommodation to enjoy with your family and friends. Ouddorp is the perfect starting point for extensive walking and cycling tours during your vacation. Children can have fun all day outdoors by swimming, playing soccer or exploring the nature in the garden. There is also a pool house with relaxation areas, a shower and a sauna.

Be welcomed by the spacious layout of this modern vacation villa, perfectly suited for 16 people. The bright living room features two cozy gas fireplaces and a long dining table with 16 comfortable chairs. Upon entering through the hall you will find a Green Egg BBQ, as well as cushions for the lounge set and a washer and dryer. In the living room there is a generous XXL sofa and a flat-screen TV including Netflix, so you can enjoy movies and series of your choice with your own account. The home has a fast one gigabyte down and upload speed, as well as Sonos speakers and WiFi amplifiers throughout the home. Of course, there is also a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can relax. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, including an island and an open layout, offers everything you need. Among other things, you will find a large induction cooktop, oven, two spacious refrigerators, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. On the first floor you have access to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a double sink and a walk-in closet. In the basement there are four bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with four single beds. Here you will also find a game room with a pool table and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a separate toilet and shower.
