From the living room you can enjoy all the beauty on the water while the yachts and sailing ships sail by. Marina Port Zélande is on Grevelingenmeer, a lovely lake for swimming and diving, on the other side of the Grevelingendam. And another nice touch: less than 200 metres away you will find the wonderful North Sea beach. The flat is close to the historic village of Ouddorp with its many characteristic houses, the church, the cosy restaurants and brasseries, shops, supermarkets and friendly residents. The area offers many possible outings, but this flat is also perfect for a nice day in or look around at the adjacent Marina Port Zélande.
Layout
This flat can accommodate ten people and has a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The beautiful open kitchen runs into the living room, where you will find comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs and a television. The living room is stylish, spacious and above all modern. And another plus: from the living room you can walk straight to the terrace. A terrace that borders directly on the harbour, you only have to walk down a small staircase. You are really on the Grevelingmeer!
On the ground floor of this flat there is a little hallway which gives access to the luxurious bedroom with a double bed. The same hallway also provides access to the bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and double washbasin. Via a small staircase (of only seven steps) you then arrive in the living room, where the view will truly amaze you.
The next small staircase leads to the bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Here you will also find a second bathroom shower and a separate toilet.
You can park your car in the central car park.

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
