Luxury 8 person water villa near the Weerribben
This luxury eight-person Water villa is located at the Waterstaete Ossenzijl holiday park. This newly developed holiday park is located on the edge of the National Park "Weerribben-Wieden" and is located at the gateway to the Frisian waters. At a few hundred meters from the park is the Waterdorp Ossenzijl with nice restaurants and its own "neighborhood supermarket". There is also a visitor center of the State Forest Service in the village. Here you can do all kinds of fun excursions in and around De Weerribben National Park. The river Linde is also a few hundred meters away from the park and forms the connection to the Frisian waters. A wonderful holiday destination to get acquainted with this part of the Netherlands. The detached villas are on the water and have beautiful views of the nature reserve. In the morning you start the day with a delicious breakfast, then possibly throw out a fishing rod, get on a bike, or go sailing with the sloop that comes as standard with the equipment of your holiday villa. Layout
On the ground floor you will find the living room with smart TV and a kitchen with a combination microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, four-burner stove, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms each have two single beds. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are also two separate toilets in the villa. Outside is a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The villa is located on the (fishing) water, has its own jetty and a sloop from April to October. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- These holiday villas cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- From 1 March to 1 November, you have your own sloop at your holiday villa, for which you pay a service charge.
- Please note that a deposit of EUR 35 is charged for the use of the boat. There is also a deposit of EUR 65 for the house. This deposit for the boat does not come through in the booking process, but is charged.
- A sandwich service is offered at this park.
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- The park reserves the right to ask for a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
Ossenzijl is characterised by the landscape of the Weerribben: a large variety of water, reed lands, hay meadows and swamp forests. In this area, you can spot many interesting animal species such as otters. The surrounding area has many unique (water) villages. Some examples are Blokzijl, Giethoorn, Oldemarkt and Kalenberg. We highly recommend exploring the area by boat! Visit Museum Giethoorn 't Olde Maat Uus, De Orchideeën Hoeve or Klimbos Avontuurlijk Paasloo for a wonderful outing. Would you rather spend a day shopping in a bigger city? Then head to nearby Meppel or Heereveen, where you will also find plenty of restaurants, cafés and terraces.
