This beautifully situated 12 person holiday villa is an attractive family home. The beautiful garden, with playground and tennis court, is completely fenced. The holiday home is located in a quiet and green area within walking distance of the beautiful extensive forest and dune area of ​​Oostkapelle. You can walk to the North Sea beach in less than fifteen minutes, which is about 900 meters from the holiday home. Oostkapelle has several restaurants, cozy terraces, nice shops and a supermarket. You can walk here in 10 minutes.

Please note! The holiday home can be booked with up to 12 people of which a maximum of 6 adults, 4 children up to 17 years and 2 babies up to 1 year. Depending on the travel party, 8 adults are also allowed. This is in consultation.

Tastefully furnished living room, has a warm atmosphere and offers plenty of space (fireplace is out of order). There is also a TV room with a large number of games. The separate kitchen is luxurious and very well equipped, including a dishwasher, five-burner stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso and a kettle. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one bathroom en-suite and a second bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor.

Next to the villa there is a very nice guest house / garden house in the garden. This is completely complete and, just like the villa, very attractively furnished. The guest house has a living room with a small kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the garden there is a trampoline, playhouse, playground equipment with slide and swing and a professional tennis court.
