The apartment is on the first floor and from most rooms has a fantastic view over the Sneekermeer and the marina. Both the harbor and the holiday home were completed in March 2020. The holiday home is furnished in a cozy and nautical style, with the latest equipment. The popular 'Beachclub Sneek' is also located in the harbor. A place to relax while enjoying a snack and a drink. There is also an opportunity to bring your own boat. (reserve a free berth in time) As soon as you arrive, the holiday can begin!

You have a spacious and modern living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. There are sliding doors to the terrace and harbor views. The kitchen is equipped with a new Siemens combi oven, dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine and a kettle. There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds. There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a shower and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower and washbasin.There is also a separate toilet. Outside a spacious terrace or roof terrace with garden furniture and a fantastic view over the water. One car can be parked behind the barrier.
