Luxury 8-person holiday home with its own indoor swimming pool near the beach in Zeeland
This luxurious eight-person holiday home with a private indoor pool is located at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is an ideal base for lovers of the beach and nature. At only 1,200 meters you will find the North Sea beach, one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands and also with the most hours of sunshine. Close by there is also a beautiful nature park with special flora and fauna, but you can also find ancient fossils and shark teeth here. During your stay at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you will not lack anything thanks to the many facilities. The resort has, among other things, a modern restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a mini market with bread service, playgrounds, a playroom and the Mio Kids Club. There is even a fenced dog playing field where your dog can play with other dogs and discover various play elements. A beautiful holiday destination for all ages!
Layout
The modern living room with a dining area and a spacious sitting area with a smart TV that offers the possibility to stream. The luxury kitchen has a cooking island, Bora hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and a wine fridge. From the dining area you have a view of the beautiful indoor swimming pool (4.40 x 2.80). There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and sink.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which has a smart TV with streaming option. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink, one of which has a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the terrace with a lounge set and a dining set. The terrace is located above the creek and offers a beautiful view of the water. There are two private parking spaces available right next to the house. There is also a charging station for your electric car.

- The outdoor pool is usually open from May/June to September, depending on the weather.

Location and surroundings
Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.
