Nice 4 person chalet in a child-friendly holiday park near Leeuwarden.
Wonderful holiday spot in beautiful and water-rich Friesland. This chalet for two adults and two children is completely self-sufficient, with an attractive garden and optimum privacy.At one minute walking distance from nature and natural water. For the little ones there is a nice playhouse with slide and swing in the garden. The chalet is located on Park Waadhoeke resort, a pleasant and quiet park, with facilities such as; bicycle rental, laundry and a wifi network. In the neighborhood there is an air base where sporadic exercises take place, nice for those interested.
Layout
This chalet is 42m2 and ideal for two adults and two children. The chalet has one double bed (160x200) and bunk bed in compact bedrooms. The attractively furnished living room has a dining area and a sitting area with TV and a romantic pellet stove. This makes the chalet nice and warm quickly and easily. The kitchen is practically furnished and includes a Senseo, kettle, combi microwave, gas stove and a fridge. Outside, a lovely enclosed garden with a nice playhouse, swing and slide. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.

Menaam is close to the Frisian cities of Leeuwarden, Harlingen, Franeker, Makkum and Wognum. These historical cities have beautiful town centres, many terraces and restaurants and interesting museums. Cycling into the surrounding area, you will pass the most unique landscapes and see the most beautiful watchtowers from which the views are phenomenal. A day at the beach or exploring the natural areas by canoe? You can. And you won't get bored here in winter either. Has it been freezing and can you skate? Then make the most beautiful trips in and around Leeuwarden, Sneek and Dokkum. Tips for a day out with the kids: Aqua Zoo in Leeuwarden, seal centre Pieterburen and Kameleondorp Terherne.

De tuin stond nu vol onkruid. Dat geniet toch een stuk minder. De schommel is aan vervanging toe.
Verder is in het huisje alles in orde. Fijne bedden en douche. Het park zelf is saai, de omgeving mooi.
Het klopt dat onze chalet geschikt is voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Er is een legkast en compacte wandkastjes. En in de bergkast liggen kussens voor het tuinmeubilair, dat maakt het zitten lekker aangenaam. Hartelijke groet, Martin en Angelique
