Welcome to this beautiful six-person holiday home at Holidaypark IJsselmeer, located in the watery Medemblik. The park is located opposite the IJsselmeer and the holiday homes at the inland waterway of the Vliet. Medemblik is a tourist town with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The unique location in the West Frisian landscape offers you many opportunities for recreation. Besides walking and cycling, you can go swimming, boating, kite surfing and more! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading city from the VOC era. Will you experience it too? On the park there is a heated indoor pool with slide and a brasserie with terrace on the water. All holiday homes are on the sailing and fishing water and have their own jetty. Fishing from the garden is no problem!
Layout
This luxury holiday home with an area of around 100m2 was completely renovated and retrofitted in 2017. After entering, you will find the staircase, a guest toilet and a separate storage room in the hallway. The living room faces the water and features a cosy seating area with television and French doors to the terrace. The holiday home has an open-plan kitchen and includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner hob, filter coffee maker and kettle.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, some with a bathtub. The holiday home has its own jetty and a garden with terrace facing the water. In addition, some houses have a fence on the waterfront. There is parking space for one car at the house.

Location and surroundings
Medemblik is a picturesque town with old houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades. Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.

An den Wänden und Decken sind überall braune Spritzer/Flecken.
Der Fußboden im EG sehr kalt.
Vor Ort erfahren, dass Hunde nicht ins OG dürfen. Seehr hellhörig, vorallem oben.
Was uns allerdings fehlte, waren Halterungen für ein Badetuch.
